Returns

Miss Mary's Dancewear accepts unworn, unused merchandise for return within thirty (30) days of purchase with your receipt for cash and within ninety (90) days with your receipt for exchanges. There are no returns allowed on tights or worn shoes. Pointe shoes cannot be returned after ribbons or elastic have been sewn.

Shoe Fitting

If Miss Mary's Dancewear does not have a shoe in stock to fit you, we will order up to two pair for you to try, with no obligation to purchase. This policy applies to men's sizes through size 12 and women's sizes through size 10.

Pointe Shoes

Appointments are prefered for first pointe shoe fitting. A $10.00 fitting fee will be charged if pointe shoes are not purchased. We maintain an index of pointe shoe purchases and will offer a 20% discount on repurchase of the same shoe. Pointe shoe purchase includes shoe and elastic.
